Get ready for the return of Oregon's biggest Hyrox Simulation event!

After two wildly successful races in 2024 and 2025, CrossFit the Den and Iron Haven Fitness are doing this AGAIN! The first two Hyrox Affiliates in Oregon are joining forces to bring you the Oregon Hyrox Challenge: A fitness course to prepare you for the official HYROX Race! This Challenge will take place at CrossFit The Den.

Come test YOUR level of fitness and see what you are capable of!

This event will consist of ~4.5 miles of running intermixed with 8 Functional Fitness stations to test your strength, mobility and general physical skills:

 

900m Run to be completed before each of the following stations:

1000m Ski Erg

50m Sled Push 

50m Sled Pull

80m Burpee Broad Jumps

1000m Row

200m Farmer Carry

100m DB Walking Lunge

100 Wall Balls

*Weights differ based on divisions

 

Divisions will include:

Individual Advanced Male

Individual Advanced Female

Individual Intermediate Male

Individual Intermediate Female

Double Team Male/Male

Double Team Female/Female

Double Team Mixed Gender

*Double Teams will run together, then divide the station work as pleased.

 

*NEW* Relay Division (team of 4 any gender combo)

*Each relay team member will select any 2 run+stations to complete. Advanced weight standards for respective genders.
