👩 Femmes : STOH 35 kg · Deadlift 70 kg · Farmer carry 2×32 kg

🧒 Ados mixtes (13-17 ans, teams HH/FF/HF) : STOH 20 kg · Deadlift 40 kg · Farmer carry 2×16 kg
