Inland Throwdown is COMING! Divisions will be Rx and Intermediate for same sex teams. Registration opens Monday 13th April and closes Wednesday 22nd July. Workouts will be released before the competition date. Prize money for 1st Place in all categories. IMPORTANT: Register before Sunday 5th July to ensure you get a comp shirt. Registrations are flexible, and teams can change up until comp day, but no size changes available after 5th July. Sizes standard, but size chart to come. What division am I? RX: CrossFit Open standard. If you complete The Open and regularly do workouts in your gym as written, you should compete here. Scaled: If you regularly scale/modify workouts in your local gym and chose scaled for CrossFit Open workouts, this is for you!
