Hyrox Simulation

HYROX Simulation at F45 West Park Roseville Date:  October 18th Time: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM Location: F45 Training West Park Roseville

F45 West Park Roseville will be hosting a HYROX Simulation on October 18th from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This event is designed to give athletes a true HYROX-style race experience in a high-energy, community-driven environment.

Athletes will have the option to compete in either the Singles or Doubles division. The simulation will be run as a hybrid indoor/outdoor event, utilizing both the studio floor and outside space to create a smooth and realistic race flow.

To help prevent bottlenecking and keep athletes moving efficiently through the course, the event will slightly adjust the standard HYROX order. Instead of beginning with the SkiErg, athletes will start with the sled push and sled pull before continuing through the rest of the simulation.

This event is a great opportunity for members and athletes to test their fitness, practice transitions, experience HYROX-style intensity, and prepare for future races in a competitive but supportive environment.

Heat times will be announced 72 hours prior to event!

Parking will be anywhere in the shopping plaza. Please do not bring pets or alcohol to this event. 

This is a non-refundable event. Transfers/substitutions will be on a case by case basis and must be made 48 hours prior to event start date.
