Beyond Walls Summer HYROX Sim 2026

The Beyond Walls Summer HYROX Sim is a high-energy, in-house fitness race designed to replicate the intensity, structure and experience of a real HYROX event — right here at Beyond Walls.

Date: Saturday 18th July 2026

Time: 08:00am – 12:00noon

Heats: Every 15 minutes

This simulation event will follow the official HYROX race format, combining functional strength stations with structured running segments to give athletes a true race-day feel. It’s an opportunity for members to test their fitness, practise pacing strategies, and build confidence in a competitive yet supportive environment.

The morning will run in structured 15-minute waves to ensure smooth transitions, accurate timing, and a professional event atmosphere. Whether participants are preparing for an upcoming HYROX race or simply want to challenge themselves in a new way, this event is designed to push performance while maintaining the strong community spirit Beyond Walls is known for.

Format:
We are happy for people to adjust the simulation as required, particularly the run. If you wish to only walk/run one loop then you are welcome to do so if you are brand new to HYROX.

Individuals or Teams?

You can take part in the HYROX sim as a solo athlete, a team of 2/3 or 4. You essentailly pay for a time slot and you can then split the cost across your team as you wish. If you submit a team then we would encourage you to all complete the run together but share the stations as you wish
