Get a real taste of race day without leaving Trussville! The HYROX Mini Simulation runs the race format on our floor: a 1,000m run to start and between every station, seven runs and seven stations, all for time. Find your pace, see where you lose minutes, and lock in your transitions before your next race.
*Run 1,000m before each station:
1,000m SkiErg 40m sled push 80m burpee broad jumps 1,000m row 200m farmers carry 100m lunges 100 wall balls
Two ways to race Solo: you run every meter and do every rep. Doubles: you and a partner run every 1,000m together and split the station work however you like.
All athletes race HYROX Open weights. First time trying HYROX? Grab a partner and run Doubles! See you on November 15th!
