This is an exciting one day team competition, focussed on giving you chance to challenge yourself both inside and outside of the gym. With two categories to choose from... RX is where you will see some higher skills and increased loads, with only one partner needing to be able to do chest to bars and potentially a muscle up or two! Everyday athletes is where you may see pull ups at the very end of a workout for one person to try or complete, but predominantly lighter weights and reduced skills
