SEEDINGS //

There are no seedings for Masters events, as both individuals and pairs are categorised by age with appropriate scaling for all workouts.

Whether you're a regular competitor or brand new to the competition scene, all of our events are designed for all skill levels. 

For our Masters events, we welcome all levels of athletes over the age of 35 years. If you are an adaptive athlete please get in touch before the live competition so we can make sure the workouts are adapted for you, if needed. 

You must choose your division based on your age at the date of the competition on 26th July 2026.
