LA GORILLA TEEN'S CONTEST – La compétition 100 % dédiée aux adolescents !
La gorilla teen's contest est une compétition de CrossFit spécialement conçue pour les jeunes de 11 à 17 ans, quel que soit leur niveau. L’objectif est simple : offrir aux adolescents une première expérience de compétition dans un cadre bienveillant, motivant et sécurisé.
Répartis en catégories par âge et par sexe, les participants devront relever plusieurs WOD mêlant force, endurance, agilité et coordination. Plus qu’une compétition, cet événement met en avant les valeurs essentielles du CrossFit : le dépassement de soi, le respect, l’entraide et le plaisir de partager un moment sportif.
Que tu viennes pour te challenger, découvrir l’ambiance d’une compétition ou simplement vivre une journée inoubliable avec d’autres passionnés, la gorilla teen's contest est fait pour toi !
