WONDER CONTEST — 1st EDITION

Le Wonder Contest est une compétition de fitness en équipe : un test complet qui met à l’épreuve la force, l’endurance et les capacités de conditionnement physique.
Pendant environ 2h30, les équipes devront se dépasser à travers 3 épreuves complémentaires :
01 — STRENGTH
Une épreuve de force pour tester votre capacité à déplacer lourd et à performer sous la pression.
02 — ENDURANCE
Une épreuve dédiée au moteur, à la gestion de l’effort et à votre capacité à maintenir une intensité élevée dans la durée.
03 — METCON
L’épreuve finale. Un effort intense et complet mêlant mouvements fonctionnels, cardio et résistance. Le moment où il faudra tout donner jusqu’à la dernière répétition.
Le Wonder Contest se déroule en binôme, avec une stratégie qui sera aussi importante que la performance individuelle. Chaque équipe devra trouver le bon équilibre entre force, endurance, gestion de l’effort et complémentarité.
