Friday, June 5: Individual Division (3:00–5:00 PM) Heats will run every 10 minutes, keeping the action fast-paced and competitive.

Also home to Music City Mayhem—Nashville’s largest fitness competition—where individuals and 3-person teams go head-to-head in front of thousands, battling for the title of the Fittest in the Southeast. (Registration for Music City Mayhem is available through a separate link.)
