MIXED TRIOS IS HERE - Early Bird Tickets are Live!

Find two strong women and one dependable bloke, and get entered!

We are ready to mix things up in this one day competition here at CrossFit ISCA, Exeter. This trios event (2 females, 1 male) is designed to reward proper teamwork. Across four varied workouts, you’ll need strength, engine, skill and great communication.

Open to all levels; there’ll be one overall leaderboard. Each workout will offer scalable options, however scaled scores will sit below those completed RX on a workout by workout basis, so it's all to play for!

Expect at least four workouts, podium prizes, and a packed gym backing every heat from start to finish!

Early Bird pricing is available until Midnight April 19th, where prices will then rise from £120 per team to £135.
