Average Joe's 2026

INTERMEDIATE & BEGINNER COMPETITION!

When: Saturday, June 13th, 2026

Where: Cloud Peak CrossFit - Sheridan, Wyoming

Cost: $85 Early Registration / $105 after May 1st

4 Divisions:

Beginner Males, Beginner Females

Intermediate Males, Intermediate Females

Beginner Division:

• Unassisted unbroken pull ups less than 5/2 (Male/Female)
• You have no clue what your Fran time is
• You’ve been doing CrossFit less than six months

Intermediate Division: 

• Capable of performing some workouts RX
• Not a Firebreather
• If you are a level 9 or 10 in the CrossFit open, you are over qualified!

This is a BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE competition. This is not meant for athletes that RX all workouts. The goal is to promote a friendly and competitive atmosphere for athletes who typically scale WODs and want to challenge themselves.

There will be 3-4 workouts. We will announce all but one of the workouts prior to event.

*We will allow substitutes as needed, but will not allow changing of shirt sizes. No refunds.*
