HY-CROSS Simulation  Friday 4th December Velocity Fitness & Health – Capalaba

If you are paticipating in the Melbourne event and want to jump in for a simulation before race day, this is your opportunity to test your pacing, strategy, and fitness under competition conditions. We also invite along anyone who isn't registered for the race, but would just like a taste of what this global event is! 

Divisions Individual - Open (Male/Female)/ Pro (Male/Female)

Doubles - Open (MM / FF / MF) Pro (MM / FF / MF)

Spots Available Limited to 30 spots ONLY – first in, best dressed.

Cost FREE For VFH Members 

⏱ Event Format One Heat of 3 athletes/teams, every 15 minutes starting from 3:30pm with the last heat commencing at 5:45pm. Please select your heat time when registering in the division section.
