The PerFit 4 Throwdown is a fun, high-energy one-day CrossFit competition designed for teams of 4 (2 Male / 2 Female). Built around teamwork, community, and throwing down with your mates, this event is for everyday athletes who love fitness, good vibes, and a competitive atmosphere.
With divisions for Open, Masters 35+, and Legends 49+, workouts are designed to challenge all levels while still being accessible through movement scaling options.
Expect loud music, epic workouts, huge community support, and an unforgettable day at PerFit Training Centre.
