THE HARD YARDS
The Hard Yards is a grassroots team fitness competition built around hard work, teamwork and simple functional movements.
Teams of 3 will take on three team workouts featuring sandbags, carries, shuttle runs and other functional movements.
The challenge comes from the work — not highly technical skills. You don't need to be an elite competitor. You need two teammates and a willingness to work hard together.
