The Freakshow

The Freakshow is a functional fitness event hosted by us locally at CrossFit 12 Stones in Kennewick. It is a mashup of different training styles, utilizing CrossFit, Strongman, Kettlebells and old school CrossFit Football.

You can expect events with time domains mostly under 10:00, heavy-ish weights and odd objects. There is no gymnastics involved. Each year we try to bring a new event or immplement that most people will have little to no experience with. It's alawys fun to see people athletically problem solve.

All events, including the final, will be announced before the event. Keep an eye on our social media, @12stonesfitness, to stay up to date onn events that have been announced.
