Our Fave Event is back for the Fall! A small twist, this Fall comp is 3 weeks long and all lifts are announced Day 1! This isn’t just an online Olympic lifting competition.

It’s three weeks of showing up. Of chasing PRs. Of lifting for something bigger than yourself.

From Sept 16th – Oct 7th, athletes around the world will throw down together all for strength, community, and purpose.

No travel. No qualifiers. Just you, your barbell, and the camera.

 How It Works • 3 Weeks: Sept 16-Oct 7th • All lifts announced Day 1 with deadlines during the 3 weeks. • Submit scores + video  • Compete from your gym, garage, anywhere • Film lifts using WODProof • Scores entered in pounds

MEDALS, PRIZES & CASH! The more that lift, the more we pay! The Progressive Prize Pot* will be divided among the top first-place lifters in each division.

DIVISIONS

LADIES Division 1: Juniors Division 2: Open Division 3: Masters

MENS Division 1: Juniors Division 2: Open Division 3: Masters

 

Prize payouts are scaled based on participation within each division. This ensures fairness across the competition while allowing prize pools to grow alongside each division.

Each division has a base prize, with larger divisions generating larger overall payouts. As participation increases, prize opportunities will continue to expand across all divisions.

Refunds We do not do refunds for our events but will happily accept exchanges if you can find someone to take your spot.
