Team Composition for Division 1,2,3:

NEW- Team Composition for Premier Division
Teams of 4 Athletes: Each team will consist of a maximum of 4 athletes, with an equal gender split of 2 males and 2 females.
Active Participants: During any given workout, 2 athletes (1 male and 1 female) will be on the competition floor.
Competition Format
Multiple-Part WODs: Each WOD will be divided into multiple parts, each carrying its own set of points. This means that performance in each segment contributes to the team's overall score.
Strategic Substitutions: Teams are allowed to substitute athletes between the different parts of a WOD. This allows for strategic adjustments based on the specific requirements of each part of the workout. For example, a team might bring in stronger athletes for a heavy lifting segment and switch to more agile members for a gymnastics-focused part.
The ability to substitute athletes introduces a layer of strategy, as teams must carefully plan and execute their lineups to maximize points across different workout segments. With multiple parts in each WOD and the potential for substitutions, the competition will be more dynamic and unpredictable. Teams will have the opportunity to showcase their versatility and depth, as different athletes can shine in their respective strengths.
Prepare for a showcase of exceptional athleticism, teamwork, and resilience as Savage League 2026 promises to deliver an unforgettable experience for all involved.
