Prime Power Play

Prime Movement and Performance presents the Prime Power Play

A Hyrox Simulation event in your local community of Upstate New York!

This simulation event will be a great test to mimic the demands of an official Hyrox Race. 

The functional workout stations are:

• 1000m Ski Erg
• 60yd Sled Push
• 60yd Sled Pull
• 100 Sandbag Reverse Lunges
• 2000m BikeErg
• 60yd Burpee Broad Jumps
• 1000m Row Erg
• 100 Wall Balls (14/10)

*Note: Each station will be preceded by an 1000m Run (outside)

Individual, Doubles and Relay Options Available

• The Individual Workout will be a "5k the Hard Way" SEE ⬇️
• In the doubles structure (2), each partner will perform ALL of the runs together while splitting up the work however you deem fit for the functional workout stations
• In the relay structure (4), each athlete is responsible for two (2) runs and two (2) full functional workout stations.

Structure / Flow

You will register for doubles or relay and then before the event you will be given a specific timed wave. Waves will consist of 5 athletes / teams and be released approximately every 15min.
