Trois épreuves distinctes combinant endurance sur machines, force pure et metcon attendent les participants le 7 novembre 2026 chez Northern Warrior à Egremont, en Cumbria. Ce rendez-vous de fitness hybride clôture l'année avec des formats de relais, du travail synchronisé ainsi que des exercices aux rameurs, vélos, skis Concept2, haltères, kettlebells et wall balls.
Le format oppose des équipes de trois athlètes de même sexe réparties entre les catégories Female Team et Male Team. Le tarif d'inscription est fixé à 120 GBP par équipe. Des prix en espèces récompensent les trois premières places, accompagnés de lots partenaires et de sacs cadeaux.
Les inscriptions s'ouvrent le 7 décembre 2025 pour se terminer le 18 octobre 2026. L'événement ne demande aucune qualification préalable et propose des options adaptées tant au niveau RX qu'au niveau Scaled.

We’re finishing the comp year with a Hybrid Team of 3 throwdown. This one’s built different.
Expect 3 big events: 1️⃣ ENDURANCE – machine-based volume, pacing & mental grit 2️⃣ STRENGTH – raw power & strategy 3️⃣ METCON – fast, loud and classic NW chaos
No qualifiers. Just sign up, show up, and give it everything. RX & Scaled divisions with scaling in mind for hybrid-style tests.

💪 MOVEMENT STANDARDS – ALL DIVISIONS Concept2 Machines: Row, Bike, Ski Dumbbells: 22.5kg / 15kg Kettlebells: 24kg / 16kg Wall Balls: 9kg / 6kg to 10/9ft target
This comp will test your ability to go deep, work together, and stay consistent across three very different domains. Expect mixed scoring formats, relay-style elements, and partner synchro work.
