This is a test of fitness, grit, determination and teamwork. Competitors will battle through a demanding ERG-based challenge designed to push both physical and mental limits.

The goal is simple:

THE CHALLENGE

Competitors must complete:

✅ 15 Synchronised Burpees
✅ 2,000m BikeErg
