Competing in teams of 4 athletes (2 Male / 2 Female), you'll face four unique workouts that will test every aspect of your fitness: strength, gymnastics, teamwork, strategy and communication.
This isn't just about finding the fittest individuals. Success will come from working together, making smart decisions under pressure and performing when it matters most.
We recommend that teams have the ability to perform:
Bar Muscle-Ups (At least one person on the team) Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups Overhead Squats (52.5kg Men / 35kg Women) Clean & Jerks (70kg Men / 50kg Women) These are recommended minimum standards only. Additional movements and workout details will be revealed on competition day.
