THE JST CLASSIC — MIXED PAIRS

The JST Classic returns to CrossFit JST, Wigan for a day of functional fitness at its best. Grab a partner — take on workouts designed to test every corner of your fitness: barbell, gymnastics, engine, and grit.

Choose your battle:

RX Pairs — For seasoned competitors. Expect heavier barbells, higher-skill gymnastics (think muscle-ups, chest-to-bar), and workouts that reward athletes who've put in the hours. If you and your partner train to compete, this is your division.

Intermediate Pairs — For capable athletes who want a genuine test without the highest-skill movements. Moderate loading, achievable standards (pull-ups, toes-to-bar), and programming that lets you attack every workout rather than survive it. Perfect for your first comp season or a step up from scaled.
