Hyrox Simulation

This is a HYROX-style simulation designed for all fitness levels! Whether you’re looking to test yourself, prepare for an upcoming race, or just have a fun challenge, this event is for you.

This is a simulation, not a sanctioned HYROX race. Standard and Scaled weights will be provided as guidelines, but it’s meant to be flexible and approachable. Athletes are welcome to adjust weights or movements as needed to find the right challenge for them.

Choose Full or Half, Singles or Doubles, and Standard or Scaled.
