We're offering the following divisions:
Mens Open Solo
Womens Open Solo
Mens Open Doubles
Womens Open Doubles
Mixed Open Doubles
Mixed Open Relay
This is a prep simulator. There are no winners awarded however we will be awarding leaderboard winners at the end of the year. This event is to provide a test and assessment of training to better change or gauge future training for a Hyrox event. We also provide access to 48-hour early registration to the hyrox event of partipant choice.
