HYROX Simulations are a great opportunity to practice the workouts and are highly recommended for anyone looking to optimize their performance and reduce uncertainty before a live HYROX competition.

We will do our best to organise athletes into heats relative to their estimated finish time to ensure heats do not overlap and there is no delay for workout stations.
