Get ready for race day! Run a Hyrox sim at CrossFit Supercell on September 26th! Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or looking to tackle your very first race, this is your chance to experience the intensity of Hyrox in a smaller local setting. Give it a shot as an individual or grab a partner and go! With heats running every 15 minutes starting at 9am in a waterfall format. Partner teams will run the first half of the morning, followed by individual heats. Registration starts July 20th and ends September 21st. Secure your spot today and see if you have what it takes to conquer the course! A Hyrox simulation event featuring individual male/female divisions and partner team divisions (M/M, F/F, Mixed). Race Format is open weights and is as followed: 800m run 1000 SkiErg 800m run 80m (about 250ft) Burpee Broad Jump 800m run 1000m row 800m run 200m (about 650ft) Farmer Carry 50/35lbs 800m run 100m (about 300ft) Sandbag Lunge 50/40lbs 800m run 100 Wall Balls 14/10lbs 1000m Row
