FRIDAY | KIDS & TEENS
Kids and Teens will race on Friday evening and compete as INDIVIDUALS only, following the same format as HPX 2026. The race itself will be completely new.

SATURDAY | INDIVIDUALS
Saturday is our INDIVIDUAL race day. Two divisions will be available.
NO REGRETS | Designed for anyone to take part. Movements, standards and loads can be adapted where required, allowing athletes of all abilities to experience HPX.
COMPETITIVE | For athletes looking to race competitively against the leaderboard, with set movements, loads and standards.

SUNDAY | DOUBLES
Sunday is DOUBLES race day, with both SAME-SEX and MIXED pairs. Both NO REGRETS and COMPETITIVE divisions will be available.
NO REGRETS | Movements, standards and loads can be adapted where required.
COMPETITIVE | Prescribed race movements, loads and standards.
