Heatwave Throwdown

Get ready for the Heatwave Throwdown at CrossFit HPC in Wendell, NC on Saturday, Sept. 12th kicking off at 9:00 AM. This summer event is all about high intensity competition, good energy, and bringing the community together, with coed teams of two and youth divisions for ages 5 to 12.

With RX, Intermediate, and Scaled divisions available, teams can be any combination, coed or same sex. Athletes will take on 3 events and a floater, including a strength focused event, all designed to challenge your power, engine, and ability to perform under pressure.

There will be awesome prizes, local vendors, and a fun competitive atmosphere throughout the day. Whether you are chasing the podium or just looking to compete and have a great time, Heatwave Throwdown is where you want to be this summer. Grab your partner and come throw down.

Athletes can choose from RX, Intermediate, and Scaled divisions, with team options open to any combination, coed or same sex. The competition will include 3 events and a floater, including a dedicated strength event, all designed to test strength, speed, endurance, and teamwork under pressure. Expect awesome prizes, great vendors, and an electric atmosphere all day long. Whether you are stepping on the competition floor for the first time or you are a seasoned athlete, Heatwave Throwdown is your chance to push your limits and be part of an unforgettable summer throwdown.
