Gains for GiGi's

We’re bringing the CrossFit community together for a fun, challenging competition benefiting GiGi’s Playhouse, an organization dedicated to changing the way the world views Down Syndrome and empowering individuals with Down syndrome and their families.

GiGi’s Playhouse provides free educational, therapeutic, fitness, and career-development programs for individuals with Down syndrome of all ages. Their programs are designed to build confidence, independence, skills, and meaningful connections while supporting families and promoting acceptance within the community.

This competition is about more than the leaderboard. It’s an opportunity to challenge yourself, support your fellow athletes, and use fitness to make a difference in our community.
