FXD - THE FARM

Get yourself some team mates (2 FEMALES / 2 MALES) and get ready to test your fitness in our next functional fitness competition!

This time we are going even bigger and we're taking the events outdoors, to a former strawberry farm! There will be 4 workouts guaranteed for everyone, and you will battle it out to make the podium and win some amazing prizes. One open category suitable for all levels!

Each team will also receive a team name board and an athlete pack from Forte Fitness and other amazing sponsors.

MOVEMENT STANDARDS:

Athletes will be required to perform a variety of functional fitness movements. The following weights may appear throughout the competition. - Dumbbells: 22.5kg, 17.5kg, 15kg & 12.5kg. - ⁠Kettlebells: 24kg, 20kg, 16kg & 12kg. - ⁠Sandbags: 60kg, 50kg, 40kg & 30kg. - ⁠Team worm: 4 person worm.

Teams are only required to have one athlete capable of completing repetitions with the highest weights in each implement category.

Additional elements may include ruck running, obstacle crossings, carries and others.

The list is intended to give athletes an overview of potential movements and equipment. Not all movements/equipment listed are guaranteed to be used on the day.

There will be no barbell or gymnastics for this specific competition. Athletes should arrive prepared for a broad range of physical challenges typical of team functional fitness events.

This is an inclusive competition so we will get you through all workouts.
