Team up and take on the cold this December! Foundry Bedford’s Winter Throwdown is a mixed-pairs competition landing on Saturday 5th December - four CrossFit-style workouts and one final workout designed to test strength, engine, gymnastics skills, and teamwork in equal measure.
Grab a partner (one male, one female per team) and get ready for a day of chalk, community and competition.
Whether you’re chasing the podium or just want to test yourself alongside your training partners, this one’s for every level - Scaled, RX and Masters options available.
