The HYROX Race Prep Simulation is designed to give participants a fun, high-energy race experience while preparing for an upcoming HYROX event. This reduced-volume race rehearsal allows athletes to practice transitions, dial in their pacing, and build confidence in a race-like environment. With both doubles and individual divisions available, participants will have the opportunity to test their fitness, practice race strategies, and improve partner communication before race day!
No refunds.
Pets are not allowed.
Parking is available in front of the building as well as along Canal Drive.
