Designed for more experienced athletes who are comfortable performing higher-level gymnastics movements and lifting Rx loads within the required time caps.

Expected movement standards //

Full range of gymnastics movements

Deadlift: 120 / 85 kg

Clean & Jerk: 85 / 60 kg

Snatch: 60 / 40 kg

Dumbbells: 22.5 / 15 kg

Kettlebells: 24 / 16 kg

Double unders

All pull-up variations

Toes to bar

RX Notes //

Not all athletes will be expected to perform the highest-level gymnastics skills (e.g. handstand walks).

// SCALED TEAMS //

Designed for athletes who require reduced skills, volume, and loads, but who still have a base level of gymnastics ability.

Expected movement standards //

Scaled gymnastics movements

Deadlift: 80 / 50 kg

Clean & Jerk: 50 / 35 kg

Snatch: 40 / 25 kg

Dumbbells: 15 / 10 kg

Kettlebells: 16 / 12 kg

Single or double unders

Toes to bar or hanging knee raises

Scaled Notes //

Additional scaling options may be available during workouts, but these may incur a ranking penalty.

Teams should enter the Scaled division if all athletes require scaled standards.

Whether you're a regular competitor or brand new to the competition scene, all of our events are designed for all skill levels. 

We welcome all levels of athletes over the age of 16 years. If you are adaptive athletes please get in touch before the live competition so we can make sure the workouts are adapted for you, if needed.
