Chalk Throwdown 2026

Chalk In-House Throwdown is a one-day, members' competition taking place on Saturday 10th October 2026.

Teams of 2 (mixed-sex pairs) will compete across the day, with 3 divisions available to make the competition accessible to every level of the Chalk community.

£30 per person (£60 per team + Competition Corner fee)

FITNESS Designed to be accessible to all members, including those who are still relatively new to training. Expect light loads and simple movements.

INTERMEDIATE For members with more training experience. Expect light-to-moderate loads alongside low-volume gymnastics, including pull-ups and toes-to-bar.

ADVANCED For experienced athletes looking for the highest level of competition. Expect heavier loads and more challenging gymnastics and skills.

All entries are non-refundable. Entries may be transferred to another eligible Chalk member, provided Competition Corner is updated and we are notified before the schedule is finalised.
