Join us for 'a great night in' with fitness, live DJ & BBQ all included in the price
The final event in our tri-series will test 'Endurance'
15 mins per station
1) 10 Shuttle Runs + 10 Burpee
2) 10 Wall Ball Lunge + 10 Sit Ups
3) 10 Box Get Overs + 10 Ring Row OR 5 Pull Up
*2 Min transition between stations*
Waves of athletes will move through the exercises with the total combined distances combined.
Prizes will be given to:
- 1st Male + 1st Male Pairs
- 1st Female + 1st Female Pairs
- 1st Masters Male (40+) + 1st Masters Male (40+) Pairs
- 1st Masters Female (40+) + 1st Masters Female (40+) Pairs
There will also be a combined leaderboard with the winners of the tri-series crowned at the end of this event.
