Join us on 29–30 August as we celebrate the birthday of CrossFit Wolfsburg with an exciting weekend of fitness, teamwork, and competition.

Birthday Battle is a two-day mixed partner competition for male-female teams, featuring two divisions designed to challenge athletes and create an exciting competitive atmosphere.

Divisions:

Level 2 (RX)

Designed for more experienced athletes with a strong foundation in Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and CrossFit. Athletes should be confident performing advanced movements and lifting heavier loads, even under fatigue.

Movement Standards

• Snatch: 70 kg (male) / 50 kg (female)

• Clean & Jerk: 90 kg (male) / 65 kg (female)

• Strict Handstand Push-Ups (male)

• Double Unders

• Bar Muscle-Ups

• Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

• Toes-to-Bar

• Handstand Walk

• Legless Rope Climbs

• Pistol Squats

Level 1 (Scaled)

Designed for athletes looking to gain more competition experience and exposure while taking on an enjoyable challenge.

Movement Standards

• Snatch: 40 kg (male) / 20 kg (female)

• Clean & Jerk: 60 kg (male) / 35 kg (female)

• Wall Walks

• Single Unders

• Pull-Ups

• Toes-to-Bar or Toe-Ups

• Rope Climbs

Over the course of the weekend, teams will be tested across a variety of workouts designed to challenge strength, endurance, gymnastics, skill, and teamwork.
