Bear Bash 2026

CrossFit Bear In-House Competition

Get ready for a full day of fitness, teamwork, competition, and a little bit of chaos at the CrossFit Bear In-House Competition!

This is a 4-person team competition built for the entire CrossFit Bear community. Teams will be created to balance experience and ability levels, so you do not need to find your own team and you definitely don't need to be an Rx athlete to participate.

Throughout the day, teams will take on a variety of events testing strength, conditioning, gymnastics, teamwork, strategy, and maybe a few things that have absolutely nothing to do with fitness.

Expect workouts that challenge everyone while still giving every member of the team an opportunity to contribute. Some events will reward fitness. Others will reward communication, strategy, teamwork and perhaps a little luck.

Competition Format

• Teams of 4 • Teams will be created by CrossFit Bear • All ability levels welcome • Multiple team events throughout the day • Workouts designed so everyone can contribute • No entry fee • Competition shirt included • Bragging rights absolutely included

You don't need to be the strongest or fastest athlete in the gym. You just need to show up ready to compete with your team and have a good time.
