BC Fitness HYROX Simulation Competition
Sunday 1st November. Your shot to test yourself against a full HYROX simulation, run exactly like race day, right here at BC Fitness HQ.
Doors open 7am. Heats run every 10 minutes, with 4 athletes going head to head in each wave, judged and scored like the real thing.
