Back2Back is hosting a full HYROX-style Doubles Simulation designed to create a legitimate race-day experience and give athletes an opportunity to test their fitness.

Entry: $30 per team

100% of registration proceeds will be donated to charity.

RACE FORMAT

Teams will complete:

1 KM Run → 1,000 M SkiErg 1 KM Run → 50 M Sled Push 1 KM Run → 50 M Sled Pull 1 KM Run → 80 M Burpee Broad Jumps 1 KM Run → 1,000 M Row 1 KM Run → 200 M Farmers Carry 1 KM Run → 100 M Sandbag Lunges 1 KM Run → 100 Wall Balls

Both partners complete all running portions together. Station work may be divided between partners.

MALE PRO

SLED STANDARDS

All listed sled weights are added plate weight and do not include the weight of the sled itself.

The Back2Back simulation will use Rogue sleds with rubber skids on rubber flooring. Because this surface creates more resistance than traditional HYROX turf, sled loading has been adjusted for our race environment.

REGISTRATION & HEAT TIMES

Registration closes Sunday, November 1 @ 5:00 PM

The first heat begins at 8:00 AM Saturday, November 7.

Final heat assignments will be released Monday, November 2, after registration closes.

Athletes should arrive early enough to check in, warm up and be ready at the starting area before their assigned heat.

Additional race-day information and movement standards will be released prior to the event.
