We are so excited to launch The 740 Games, whch is going to be 2 days of epic fitness fun of various styles, but the same epic fun for all!!  

 

Get ready to test your strength, endurance, mindset and teamwork. 

 

DIVISIONS

Rx and Scaled 4 Person Teams consisting of 2 Males and 2 Females.

Rx and Scaled Same Sex Partners.

 

STANDARDS: All standards will be very close to open standards. If you Rx most of the open workouts you will be an Rx team. **These are general guidelines and are subject to change. The movements listed may or may not be used but we are not limited to just these movements

 

RX:

C2B, pull-ups, T2B (2 people)

Most Barbell Movements 95/65

Double unders 

Box Movements at 24/20

DB Movements at 50/35

Deadlift 225/155

 

SCALED:

Ring Rows

DB Movements at 35/25

Most Barbell Movements 75/55

Single Unders

Deadlift 185/125
