The 267 Legacy Throwdown is a fun, family-focused in-house competition designed to bring parents and kids together for an unforgettable day of fitness, teamwork, and community at CrossFit 267. This event is all about creating memories, building confidence, and celebrating movement through creative family-style workouts and challenges that are designed for all fitness levels. Teams will work together through relay races, obstacle-style events, partner workouts, and teamwork-based challenges that allow every family member to contribute and have fun.
