RX'd Division Movement Standards:

Barbell Movements Working weight of up to 95/135 -Snatch -Thrusters

Working weight of up to 125/185 -Clean -Front Squat -Jerk

Working weight of up to 155/225 -Deadlift -Back Squat *Max lift for any barbell movement*

Additional Movements - Sandbag 100/150 - Handstand Hold and Handstand Push-up (against wall) - Chest to bar pull-ups, Bar Muscle-up as Tie Breaker - Box Jumps (24"/30") - Double Unders - Dumbbell Snatches (35/50) - Kettlebell Swings (35/53) - Toes-To-Bar - Running - Echo Bike - Ski Erg

Open Division Movement Standards:

Barbell Movements Working weight of up to 65/95 -Snatch -Thrusters

Working weight of up to 95/135 -Clean -Front Squat -Jerk

Working weight of up to 125/185 -Deadlift -Back Squat *Max lift for any barbell movement*

Additional Movements - Sandbag 70/100 - Handstand Hold (against wall) and Hand Release Push-up - Chin-Over-Bar Pull-up, Chest-To-Bar Pull-up as Tie Breaker - Box Jumps (20"/24") - Double Unders - Dumbbell Snatches (35/50) - Russian Kettlebell Swings (35/53) - Kipping Knee Raises to 90deg. - Running - Echo Bike - Ski Erg

These lists are NOT exclusive, and there may be exercises/lifts that are not listed.  If you can perform all movements listed, than you will be adequately prepared for any test that is programmed for the competition within the respective division.
