The Charm City Classic is back for its third year on May 2, 2026 at Outsiders CrossFit. Get ready to take on thrilling workouts that will push your limits, forge unbreakable bonds with fellow competitors, and experience an atmosphere charged with pure intensity.

MEANS YOU CAN DO MOST CROSSFIT BENCHMARK WORKOUTS RX (THE GIRLS). THIS IS NOT A CROSSFIT GAMES QUALIFIER BUT RATHER A FUN LOCAL EVENT.
*POTENTIAL FOR MUSCLE UPS IN THE FINALS ONLY*
SCALED
YOU SCALE YOUR WORKOUTS USUALLY BUT MANY DO SOME WORKOUTS RX FROM TIME TO TIME. EVENTS WILL BE A SCALED VERSION OF THE RX DIVISION AND APPROACHABLE SO MOST PEOPLE WHO TRAIN REGULARLY CAN HAVE FUN IN THE WORKOUTS. AS A RULE OF THUMB, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE GET THROUGH MULTIPLE REPS OF GROUND TO OVERHEAD AT 95# MEN OR 65# WOMEN.

Tentative Schedule:
Athlete Check-In – 6:45am Opening Remarks- 7:30am 1st Heat – 8:00am Awards – 4pm
Each division requires a minimum of five teams to remain its own competitive division. If fewer than five teams register for a division, that division may be combined with the most appropriate division to ensure a fair and competitive field. Our goal is to create the best possible competition experience for all athletes.
*Be prepared to set up outside for the day rain or shine.
Workouts will be released on @CharmCityComps Instagram leading up to the event. There will be three team workouts and three floater workouts.
Ticket sales are final and there will be no refunds. Transfer may happen up to 4/25/2026.
