Options are:
Pairs (M/M, F/F, M/F) or Solo in the following 3 Categories:
Forge - 10 x 600m Runs, 10 x Stations, 1 x 1km Run Arena - 10 x 400m Runs, 10 x Stations, 1 x 1km Run Lift - 1 x 400m Run, 10 x Stations.
The Workout
Forge and Arena start with a run, and then run between every station. Finishing with a 1km Run.
Lift Starts with a 400m Run (the only run) and then they work through all 10 stations...finishing after the Row.
1- 200m Plate Hold Carry (10/15/25kg)
2- 60m Sled Pull (80/100/150kg)
3- 60 Cal Bike
4- 60 KB Deadlifts (2 x 12/16/24kg)
5- 60 Burpee to Plate
6- 60 Sit Ups
7- 60 SA Snatch (7.5/10/15kg)
8- 60 Cal Ski
9- 60 Wall Balls (3/6/9kg)
10- 60 Cal Row
