🔥 Partner Throwdown – July 11th 🔥 Get ready for a fun and challenging day of fitness! Join us Saturday, July 11th for our CrossFit Partner Competition—open to all levels with Rx and Scaled divisions. Choose your partner and bring the heat in one of the following team formats: Male/Male | Female/Female 🏋️♀️ What to Expect: 3 WODs designed to test your strength, conditioning, gymnastics, and teamwork First WOD kicks off at 8:00 AM sharp. Briefing will start at 7:30 AM. 💰 Prizes & Perks: First place teams in both RX and Scaled division will take prizes + swag from our sponsors Enjoy a lively atmosphere with vendors, partners, and community fun Friends and family are welcome to come cheer you on! 📌 Important Details: No qualifiers required—just sign up and show up! Registration closes Thursday, July 10, unless we fill up earlier Team substitutions must be finalized by July 10 No refunds, but registrations are transferable Limited spots available, so don’t wait to register!
