METCON RUSH — PROVING GROUNDS QUALIFIER Proving Grounds is your opportunity to earn a spot on the competition floor at the METCON RUSH July 9th - 11th 2027.
Athletes will compete in the online qualifier within their respective division, with the top finishers earning an invitation to compete in person.
