Male Fitness Games May 2026 - In House Competition for Compound Members.

Teams of two.

All members who sign up early enough are eligible for a heavily discounted exclusive t-shirt/vest. Drinks and snacks will be provided.

Depending on numbers we hope to get a food stall outside also.

Movements and weights in the workouts will be based on our usual classes, so nothing new and unexpected. More info in the WhatsApp group. Any questions please reach out.
