Planning your fitness racing calendar across the United States requires knowing where and when the official HYROX races take place. Official events follow a fixed format where athletes complete 8 times 1 km of running, each followed by a workout station: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls. Whether you enter Open, Pro, Doubles, or Relay, the test remains the same across all destinations.
The American season begins in October with stops such as HWPO HYROX Boston and MyFitnessPal HYROX Tampa. Action continues through November with The Feed HYROX Denver and HYROX Dallas, before heading into December with Centr HYROX Anaheim, HYROX Youngstars Anaheim, and HYROX Nashville.
